I help guide women to identify, understand and take back control their eating and body challenges. So they can instead find a deeper sense of purpose and connectedness, and fall completely in love with themselves and their lives.
My unique approach is results orientated and in true alignment with all dimensions of who we are as eaters. I empathetically support, educate and empower my clients to make real shifts in their relationship with food and body image. Drawing upon the very best evidence based nutrition science, eating psychology, behaviour and mindset, and body centred practices; using strategies and tools that are nourishing, doable and sustainable.
As an eating disorder survivor myself, I have special interest in holistic nutrition, bulimia, binge eating disorder, positive body image, gentle movement and self-care.
